ZBA Hearing Minutes

Hearing: Mt Wilcox/Massachusetts Electric and WMESCO continued from 11/15/07
Hearing began at: 4:00pm
Members Present: Cynthia Weber Chair, Fred Chapman (Acting Clerk), Dean Amidon, and Susan Cooper (Alternate) (Robert Lazzarini was absent)
Also present: Dorothy Wrona, Engineer with NE Utilities, Lou Deemis, representative from the Department of Conservation and Recreation
The hearing began with Dean Amidon opening the continuation of the hearing. The Board stated that they had reviewed the consultants report. The applicant will be responsible for covering the cost of the consultant ($450.00 to be reimbursed to the Town). No one had any questions on the consultants report. A motion was made and was unanimously voted upon to refrain from reading the consultant’s report aloud. The applicant brought insurance documents for each contractor involved but did not submit them to the Town to date.
Conditions:
1. Reimbursing the Town for the consultant’s fee.
2. Six months after installation the applicant will test the electro magnetic emissions and supply a report to the Town to be reviewed by the same consultant. If it doesn’t meet the FCC requirements it will be rectified within the FCC’s guidelines.
The board voted unanimously to grant the permit.
